Michele Vass, of Century 21 Armstrong Realty, has announced that Elizabeth BLeeC Weir has joined her staff as a licensed assistant. Weir will specialize in residential property sales in the Lompoc area.

Weir recently completed extensive training and licensing through Allan Hancock College and the California Department of Real Estate.

Weir has been a Lompoc resident since the 1960s, when her parents, Arlene and Denis Bancroft-Billings, were stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base. She graduated from Lompoc High School and worked many years with Williams Brothers/VONS grocery in town.

She is the proud mother of seven children and has been extensively involved in each of their schooling. She most recently worked as receptionist for Century 21 Armstrong.

Weir joins Vass, who has built an extremely successful business in her relatively short career. Vass partnered with her mother, Andrea Grafton, in July 2004. Grafton passed away last July from a long battle with breast cancer. She imparted to Vass her vast knowledge and experience from 13 years as a top Realtor in.
