Mid-State Bank & Trust locations in Lompoc and Vandenberg Village have officially changed their name to Rabobank, North America, as a result of a deal May 1, when parent company Mid-State Bancshares was acquired by Rabobank.

Rabobank is a California community bank with more than 78 retail offices stretching across the state from the Imperial Valley to Sacramento, with assets of about ,7.5 billion.

Retail offices and financial service centers will continue to be operated by the same employees and managers.

Rabobank will continue to honor checks made out to Mid-State and customers will continue to use the same account numbers and passwords. Customers should continue to use the Mid-State Bank Web site, which now also features the Rabobank logo.

To celebrate the historic rebranding event, Rabobank will be offering special offers to customers of the former Mid-State Bank & Trust, new Rabobank advertising and decorated officers where employees will wear new nametags and apparel.

A &#8220Celebrating CaliforniaC sweepstakes offered by Rabobank will also include weekly prizes, including wine, food, bicycles and racing gear.
