Community Service District meetings changed

Vandenberg Village Community Service District meetings that were scheduled Tuesday at 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. have been moved to Thursday.

The budget meeting will be held at 3 p.m. and the water/wastewater committee meeting at 3:30 p.m. in the district office, 3757 Constellation Road.

Scholarships to be awarded

The Lompoc Federation of Republican Women/s monthly meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday at the White Oaks Restaurant, 3955 Apollo Way, Vandenberg Village.

This is the annual scholarship luncheon where Cabrillo High School student Bridgette Hain and Lompoc High School student Katie Thermos will be honored.

Sheriff Jim Anderson will speak on the importance of education.

Cost of the lunch is ,14.

20th reunion planned

Lompoc High School class of 1986 will hold its 20-year reunion on Dec. 23.
