Hospital Ladies Auxiliary to meet

The Lompoc Hospital Ladies Auxiliary will meet at 2 p.m. today in the hospital/s Hickory Street Cafe. Guest speaker will be Carrie Hartman, of Essential Touch, and Pat Brady, who will give an update on the Life Line.

Seminar addresses hormone levels

New Frontiers Natural Marketplace will host a free in-store seminar with Daniel Bivins at 6 p.m. Thursday.
