St. Joseph 216, Lompoc 282

Playing at Rancho Maria Golf Course in Santa Maria, St. Joseph senior Danielle Gillaspy celebrated winning her second female athlete of the week award this season at the Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Roundtable luncheon, by shooting a 38 on the day.

As the medalist, Gillaspy finished one stroke ahead of teammate Marissa Gutierrez, who was followed by Kelsey Wong (44), Danika Cochiolo (46) and Chloe Dunn (49).

Lompoc was led by Kaleigh Goethe who shot a team low 44. Julieta Solis and Jocelyn Caudillo both shot 54 for the Braves.

Both teams will be competing Thursday at the final Los Padres League tournament of the season, to be held at the Alisal River Course in Solvang. The 18-hole event begins at 1 p.m.
